Welcome to GTW LMS (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, enrolling in any course, or using our learning tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. User Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Each account is strictly for individual personal use. Sharing login details, selling access, or allowing concurrent logins from unauthorized devices will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
2. Course Access & Content License
- When you purchase or enroll in a course, GTW LMS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the materials for the specified validity period.
- Access expires automatically at the end of the stated subscription or enrollment duration.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- All video lectures, downloadable PDFs, notes, quizzes, test questions, assignments, and software code are the protected intellectual property of GTW LMS and its instructors.
- You may not record, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or upload course materials to external websites, social channels, or cloud drives.
- Any unauthorized distribution will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action under applicable copyright laws.
4. Quizzes, Assignments & Certification
- Assessments and practice tests are designed to evaluate learner progress. All submissions must be your own original work.
- Certificates (where offered) are issued only upon meeting the required criteria, such as lecture completion percentages and assessment benchmarks.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All course fees are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currency.
- Because digital educational content and study resources are delivered immediately upon enrollment, purchases are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
- Discussion boards, live chat, and support forums must remain respectful, constructive, and focused on learning.
- Harassment, abusive language, spam, hate speech, or sharing unauthorized promotional links will lead to an immediate ban from interactive features.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- GTW LMS provides educational training across a variety of subjects. Unless explicitly stated for an accredited certification program, course enrollment does not guarantee specific exam cutoffs, employment, or academic admission.
- We work to ensure high platform uptime, but we are not liable for temporary downtimes caused by scheduled maintenance, internet outages, or third-party service issues.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of GTW LMS following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
